When I'm in a clean, quiet place, I feel calmer. Same here. I feel less stressed when I'm around nature. There's something about fresh air and green trees that relaxes the mind. Yes, even sunlight can improve your mood. But when I'm in a noisy city or stuck in traffic, I feel irritated. Noise pollution really affects concentration. And messy spaces make me feel anxious sometimes. That's true. A clean room can make you feel more organized and peaceful. I think small changes in our environment can make a big difference. Like what? Opening a window, adding plants, cleaning your desk, or taking a short walk outside. Exactly. We don't need big changes, just simple habits. So overall, would you say environment and mental health are connected? Yes. Our surroundings influence how we feel every day. And I think that's why traveling can be so powerful. When we go to a different place, especially somewhere with beautiful scenery, our minds feel refreshed. You mean like mountains or beaches? Exactly. Or waterfalls, forests, or even a quiet countryside. Being around nature helps us slow down. I totally agree. When I visited a place with waterfalls and fresh air, I felt lighter, like my stress just disappeared. There's something healing about natural landscapes. The sound of water, the wind in the trees, it calms the nervous system. And when we change environments, we also change our thoughts. Yes, a new place gives us a new perspective. Sometimes we don't need to escape our life. We just need to reset our environment. That's such a beautiful way to say it. So today, remember your environment matters more than you think. Small changes in your surroundings can create big changes in your mind. Maybe it's cleaning your room, taking a walk in nature, or even planning a short trip to a peaceful place with mountains, beaches, or waterfalls. Your mental health deserves care, and so does your English. Thank you so much for listening to Mr. English Podcast.
